R&D Programmer: Animation [Junior Class]

This role involves designing and implementing animation libraries and related tools, as well as research and development of next-generation animation expressions. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of animation-related processing, including state machines, auxiliary bones/swing bones/IK, skinning/blend shapes, and data compression. The role requires a proactive individual who enjoys learning new technologies, considers how their work will be used, and can collaborate effectively. Second-new graduates are welcome to apply.
