Job Description

As a Recording Engineer, you will be responsible for studio engineering tasks such as recording, post-production, and mixing and mastering for audio recordings, cut scenes, and promotional videos. You will be involved in engineering tasks related to game title production. This includes working closely with directors, game designers, and other team members. The role requires a strong understanding of audio recording, mixing, and mastering, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in Japanese. The role also involves using ProTools and various studio equipment.

Must have:

Native-level Japanese language ability (N1 required).
3+ years of practical experience as a recording engineer.
Practical experience using ProTools.
Knowledge of various studio equipment.
Communication skills in Japanese.

Good to have:

Software knowledge of DAWs and plugins other than ProTools.
Experience in directing various recordings.
Knowledge and experience of multi-channel mixing and mastering.
Knowledge of sound-related copyrights and licenses.
Multilingual communication skills.
Knowledge and production experience with new technologies such as immersive audio.

レコーディング、ポストプロダクションなどのスタジオエンジニア業務
音声収録や編集、カットシーンやプロモーション映像用などのミキシング、マスタリングなど
ゲームタイトルの制作に関連するエンジニア業務を行っていただきます。

応募条件

ネイティブレベルの日本語能力（N1必須）
音声収録や楽器収録等の3年以上のレコーディングエンジニアの実務経験。またはポストプロダクションに関するエンジニア実務経験など、それに準ずる高度な知識、経験を持つ方。
ProToolsを利用した実務経験、及び各種スタジオ機器の知識。
ディレクターやゲームデザイナー、その他チームメンバーと密に業務を行うため、日本語でのコミュニケーション能力必須。

あると望ましい経験

ProTools以外のDAWやプラグインに関しての豊富なソフトウェア知識
各種レコーディングにおけるディレクション経験
マルチチャンネルミキシング、マスタリングの知識、経験
サウンドに関する著作物やライセンスに関する知識
日本語以外の多言語でのコミュニケーション能力
イマーシブオーディオなど、新しい技術に関する知識、制作経験
