Job Description

You will be responsible for all general HR operations (including recruitment).

You will perform a wide range of tasks, including the establishment of HR systems, planning of welfare benefits, and recruitment. We are looking for someone who can work hands-on with a sense of speed.

We are looking for individuals interested in promoting globalization and those who can thrive in a team of professionals.

General HR Operations

  • Operation and establishment of HR-related systems
  • HR performance management
  • Management and care of employee mental health
  • Operation of actions, events, and training to improve internal engagement
  • Some labor management tasks, etc.

General Recruitment Operations

  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Point of contact for recruitment-related matters with candidates and recruitment agencies, interview coordination
  • Planning and operation of recruitment public relations
  • Management of job requirements, coordination with various departments, etc.

Application Requirements

  • Native level Japanese language proficiency
  • Extensive experience as an HR staff, experience in planning and proposal development
  • Over 3 years of experience as an HR staff (excluding experience as a recruitment staff or recruiter)

Desirable Experience

  • Business level English proficiency
  • Knowledge of labor management

Application Guidelines

Contract Period

You will start with a 1-year contract.

*There is a possibility of promotion to permanent employee based on evaluation of attendance and work attitude.

Working Hours

10:00-18:45

Holidays

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays, paid leave, congratulatory and condolence leave.
