Job Description

Kojima Productions is seeking a Level Designer to join their team as a contract employee. Responsibilities include designing maps according to the director's vision, creating game element specifications, adjusting enemy and item placement, building missions with visual scripting, and fine-tuning parameters. Candidates must have native-level Japanese proficiency, experience developing at least one game title as a level designer or background artist, and strong logical thinking and communication skills. Good To Have:
