We’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator (4–6 month contract) to join our team! In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our hiring efforts, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to create a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple tasks at once, and is excited to contribute to a high-impact, collaborative team. You will schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones, greet onsite candidates, handle cancellations and reschedule interviews, and communicate changes to relevant parties.

You will:

  • Schedule, coordinate, and confirm candidate interviews across multiple time zones

About you:

Location:

  • This role is hybrid (3-4 days a week in our Palo Alto office)

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate for this role is $36 - $38. This is a contract position and is not eligible for company benefits.
