We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process from our San Francisco or Bellevue office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless recruiting experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a recruiting coordination role within a high-growth tech environment. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating interviews, serving as the primary point of contact for candidate communication, maintaining candidate records, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, assisting with email templates and workflows, and tracking interview bandwidth.
Must Have:
  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a tech company
  • Proficiency in Ashby, Google Workspace, and Notion
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communication
  • Maintain and update candidate records within Ashby and Google Sheets
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process
  • Assist in managing email templates, candidate documentation, and workflows
  • Track and report on interview bandwidth

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a recruiting coordination role within a high-growth tech environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communication, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate records within Ashby and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Assist in managing email templates, candidate documentation, and workflows within our tools.
  • Track and report on interview bandwidth.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a tech company.
  • Proficiency in Ashby, Google Workspace, and Notion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is 40 hours per week, no overtime. The role requires 4 onsite days per week, in the office, 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time.

Contract duration: on an as-needed basis. The expectation is that this will be a long-term commitment of at least 6 months.
