Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive market growth. This role will be a key player in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building strong customer relationships, and translating market needs into tangible business results. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the whole sales cycle and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Core duties include leading marketing and sales efforts, developing market segmentation strategies, driving lead generation, managing sales funnels, presenting proposals, and leading contract revisions.

  • Experience in complex topside FPSO engineering systems
  • Being able to work on companies-customized SAP application
Must Have:
  • Lead marketing and sales efforts to develop and communicate a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applicability
  • Lead our market segmentation and promotion strategy, developing winning tactics for market development
  • Developing and maintaining our ideal customer profile aligned with market trends
  • Drive lead generation, prospecting new opportunities in the market to build a robust pipeline
  • Qualifying leads for sales contacts
  • Monitoring, Controlling and Reporting Sales Funnels
  • Drive meetings with prospects, understanding their needs, and translating them into project requirements
  • Communicating with our product, service, and spare parts teams to develop a winning value proposition and present a technical and commercial proposal to our customers
  • Following up proposals, handling objections and maximizing the value perception within our sales-qualified leads
  • Leading contract revisions and signatures (Including T&Cs)
  • Handling-off EPC, services and spare parts projects to our operations team
  • 2+ years of Sales Management Experience in O&G Upstream market
  • Engineering University degree
  • Fluently (written and speech) in Portuguese
  • Business-level English

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive market growth. This role will be a key player in shaping our go-to-market strategy, building strong customer relationships, and translating market needs into tangible business results. Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead our marketing and sales efforts to develop and communicate a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applicability
  • Lead our market segmentation and promotion strategy, developing winning tactics for market development
  • Developing and maintaining our ideal customer profile aligned with market trends
  • Drive lead generation, prospecting new opportunities in the market to build a robust pipeline
  • Qualifying leads for sales contacts

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of Sales Management Experience in O&G Upstream market
  • Experience in complex topside FPSO engineering systems will be a differential
  • Engineering University degree
  • Fluently (written and speech) in Portuguese and Business-level English
  • Being able to work on companies-customized SAP application will be a differential
  • Strong negotiations skills and entrepreneurial behavior – ability to work independently.
