Job Summary
Lead the Financial Services sales organization for the West region, owning growth strategy, revenue performance, and execution across the vertical. Manage and coach a team of Account Executives focused on enterprise and strategic accounts, driving adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and Data Cloud across large Financial Services institutions. Build a high-performance, customer-obsessed sales culture aligned with Salesforce values, exceeding regional revenue targets and expanding market penetration.

- Drive adoption of Salesforce + Tableau + Data Cloud across large Financial Services institutions
- Build a high-performance, customer-obsessed sales culture aligned with Salesforce values
- Own and exceed regional revenue and quota targets with strong monthly and quarterly deal cadence
- Build multi-year growth strategies to significantly expand Salesforce and Tableau penetration in Financial Services
- Drive account and territory planning, industry strategies, and pipeline discipline for BFSI customers
- Engage and influence senior executives including CIOs, CTOs, CMOs, CROs, Heads of Risk, Operations, Digital and Analytics
- Build long-term C-suite relationships and expand wallet share across major accounts
- Identify, shape, and close large enterprise-wide transformation opportunities across AI, Data, Analytics, and CRM
- Ensure accurate and disciplined forecasting with ±5% accuracy
- Promote rigorous use of Salesforce CRM and drive operational excellence across the team
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Partners, Marketing, Customer Success, and regional leadership to deliver unified outcomes
- Evangelize Salesforce, Tableau, and Data Cloud solutions through presentations, demos, and executive engagements
- Stay ahead of competitive trends, regulatory developments, and technology shifts in the BFSI sector
- Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives; cultivate a strong, inclusive team culture
- Drive both large enterprise transformation deals and high-velocity run-rate business
- Travel as required within the region to support key customer engagements

Role Overview
- Lead the Financial Services (Banks, Insurance, NBFCs, Wealth/Asset Management) sales organisation for West region.
- Own growth strategy, revenue performance, and execution across the Financial Services vertical.

Who You Are
- 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling into Financial Services institutions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and scaling enterprise or strategic sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Banking, Insurance, NBFC, Asset/Wealth Management processes and transformation priorities.
- Experience in Analytics, BI, Data Platforms, AI, or related technologies is preferred.
- Consistent history of over-achievement and building referenceable enterprise customers.
- Expertise in complex enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder engagement, and large deal execution.
- Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence at C-level.
- Highly collaborative, thrives in a matrixed environment, and excels at cross-functional leadership.
- Passionate about developing talent and building a high-performance culture.
- Self-directed, resourceful, and able to manage technical and strategic conversations with senior leaders.
