About the position

The Renewal Rep role is responsible for the license renewals of a set of customers in their Assigned Territory. The territories will be set up in collaboration with the Sales Operations group at the beginning of the fiscal year. The main focus of this role is on the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) of the customer base in their territory and protecting this base against down sell and churn of their current licenses as they come up for renewal.

What You'll Do

  • Following a customer life cycle journey that begins when a prospective company becomes a customer, and proceeds through implementation, adoption, and ultimately in the renewal of their license(s).
  • Manage the touch points with the customer via outreach communications, ensuring customer intimacy
  • Assess the risk associated with the customer renewing their license with
  • Mimecast (non-renewals result in a churn) or renewing their license at a lesser ARR than the current license rights (lesser renewals result in a down sell).
  • Successfully agreeing with the customer on a Price Increase, which is set by the company.
  • Skillfully sell Seat Upgrades, or capacity upgrades, to those customers with expansion plans, or who are already over their license grants. quota. The variable compensation of the rep will be achieved based on their performance against this quota.

What You'' Need

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business, or related studies
  • Strong written and communication skill

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $96k - $144k (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
