Job Summary

As a Reward Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping McDonald's total reward offering for the UK & Ireland. You will manage cyclical reward processes, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and long-term incentives, ensuring alignment with industry trends and legislation. Responsibilities include leading compensation processes, managing bonus schemes, designing benefits, providing insights on pay trends, and supporting the Reward Lead to deliver a best-in-class reward strategy.

Must Have

  • Lead on compensation processes and ensure sound pay principles are developed and applied consistently.
  • Manage bonus schemes that incentivise and reward high performance effectively.
  • Design and implement benefits, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives to enhance our Employee Value Proposition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on pay trends, benefits uptake, and pay gap reporting.
  • Support the Reward Lead and collaborate across the People Team to deliver a best-in-class reward strategy.
  • Experience in reward within a large, complex organisation, particularly across compensation frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear insights.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, and recognition schemes.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to influence and problem-solve effectively.
