Campfire is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative with 1-2 years of direct SDR experience to join its fast-growing team. This role involves owning inbound leads, driving qualified pipeline through targeted outbound outreach, and working closely with finance and operations leaders to demonstrate how Campfire can transform their workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a clear path to become an Account Executive.
Good To Have:

Must Have:
  • Own and manage all inbound leads with fast, thoughtful follow-up.
  • Qualify inbound meetings for Account Executive handoff.
  • Run targeted outbound prospecting to key personas.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Take intro and discovery calls to understand prospect pain points.
  • Maintain clean and detailed records in HubSpot or Apollo.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on messaging and deal prep.
  • Stay sharp on product and industry to communicate value.
  • Help iterate on outbound campaigns and lead generation tactics.
  • 1-2 years of direct SDR experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong experience managing and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Comfortable cold calling and high-volume outreach.
  • Confident written, verbal, and video communicator.
  • Organized, self-motivated, with strong follow-through.

Campfire is looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of direct SDR experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment and is looking for a clear path to become an Account Executive. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects—owning inbound leads and driving qualified pipeline through targeted outbound outreach. You'll work closely with finance and operations leaders, helping them understand how Campfire can transform their workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage all inbound leads — fast, thoughtful follow-up via phone and email
  • Qualify inbound meetings to ensure alignment and readiness before handing off to AEs
  • Run targeted outbound prospecting (email, cold calls, social) to key personas in finance and ops
  • Identify and engage decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Take intro and discovery calls to understand prospect pain points and evaluate fit
  • Maintain clean and detailed records of outreach and activity in HubSpot (and/or Apollo)
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on messaging, lead handoff, and deal prep
  • Stay sharp on our product and industry to communicate value clearly
  • Help iterate on outbound campaigns and lead generation tactics as we scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of direct SDR experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold ERP, finance, or operations software
  • Strong experience managing and qualifying inbound leads
  • Comfortable cold calling and running high-volume outreach when needed
  • You’re hungry, coachable, and thrive in ambiguity — you take initiative and figure things out
  • Confident communicator — written, verbal, and over video
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong follow-through
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Bonus: Experience selling to finance or operations teams
  • Passion for startups and building something from the ground up
