As a Sales Lead at Flight Club, you will enhance customer experience and drive store performance. • Lead problem-solving initiatives; address complex customer inquiries and challenges, using critical thinking to develop innovative solutions and ensure satisfaction
• Stay ahead of industry trends and deepen your expertise in sneaker fashion and product knowledge, sharing insights with customers and team members
• Uphold and model company policies and guidelines, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the brand in every interaction
• Encourage a strong team dynamic by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues to provide outstanding service
• Engage customers authentically, build lasting relationships through genuine interactions and enhance customer loyalty
• Support operational excellence; helping out at the cash register as necessary, ensuring full coverage amongst staff on the sales floor to ensure smooth store operations
• Provide guidance and training to enhance the skills and performance of Sales Associates
• Be flexible in supporting various tasks that contribute to the store’s success and the brand

Hiring Range:

$23 - $23 USD
