The role involves building the sales department, conducting consulting calls with B2B leads, maximizing customer value, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating closely with the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have profound experience in high-ticket sales and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Building the sales department and continuous development of the sales team
  • Conducting consulting calls with pre-qualified B2B leads (agencies, brands, crafts) and generating closures
  • Maximizing customer value – Creating long-term customer relationships and performing upsells to continuously increase revenue per customer
  • Optimizing and scaling sales processes – Analyzing and reporting KPIs and optimizing the CRM tool (Close)
  • Close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure lead flow
  • Creating and maintaining meaningful dashboards and reporting to the CEO
