Tasks
- Building the sales department and continuous development of the sales team
- Conducting consultations with pre-qualified B2B leads (agencies, brands, crafts) and generating closures
- Maximizing customer value – Creating long-term customer relationships and performing upsells to continuously increase revenue per customer
- Optimizing and scaling sales processes – Analysis and reporting of KPIs and optimization of the CRM tool (Close)
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure lead flow
- Creating and maintaining meaningful dashboards and reporting to the CEO
Qualifications
- Profound experience in high-ticket sales – ideally in agency, coaching, consulting (tele-sales)
- Results-oriented mindset – You can professionally handle customer objections and lead them to a clear decision
- Strong communication skills – You can build trust, persuade, and communicate confidently
- Leadership skills – You are able to build, motivate, and develop a team
- Self-responsibility – You take full responsibility for sales and do not rely exclusively on new leads
