Job Summary
Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager for Israel and EMEA to manage the end-to-end sales process of SCADA and IoT solutions. The role involves driving sales through local distributors and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing relationships. Key responsibilities include leading commercial and technical negotiations, preparing price quotations, and collaborating with internal R&D, engineering, and marketing teams to achieve sales goals and contribute to building a safer future.
Must Have

Department Overview
Institutional Sales Department – We sell Motorola Solutions' products and solutions to the institutional sector and government companies in Israel. In addition, the unit is responsible for selling SCADA and IoT solutions to partners/customers across EMEA markets.Our main goal is to make the world a safer place.
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end sales process of SCADA and IoT solutions in Israel and across EMEA;
- Drive sales through local distributors/partners in European countries – manage relationships, provide;
professional support and promote sales;
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing resellers /customer relationships;
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with resellers /customer;
- Prepare price quotations, handle leads and follow through to closing deals;
- Collaborate with internal R&D, engineering and marketing teams;
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings.
Basic Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in selling technology solutions, preferably in SCADA systems and IoT;
- Strong technical understanding in the fields of control, automation, and IoT;
- Excellent personal and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of the SCADA and IoT markets, including competitors and market trends;
- High-level English – speaking, reading, and writing;
- Proven ability to manage sales processes with business partners in Israel and abroad;
