Job Description

SpecterOps is seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to lead the operating system for its Go-To-Market engine across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. This role involves transforming data into actionable decisions, defining and reporting executive metrics, managing forecast discipline, and contributing to compensation planning. The manager will partner with leadership on forecasting, territory planning, and business reviews, focusing on analytics and process design to enhance revenue velocity and accuracy.

Must Have:
  • Create reports, dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators.
  • Own and execute ongoing and ad-hoc sales metrics reporting for executive and board level audiences.
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team.
  • Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to GTM team.
  • Analyze issues and weaknesses in GTM and operations processes and recommend improvements.
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives.
  • Assist in building out compensation plans across teams and implementation.
  • Be a trusted business partner to sales leadership.
  • Conduct on-demand ad hoc queries and provide analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project/program management within a SaaS business or Financial Planning & Analytics role.
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.
  • Experienced with Salesforce platform and Salesforce reporting.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

We’re hiring a hands-on SalesOps leader to own the operating system for our GTM engine across Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance. You’ll turn data into decisions, define and report on our executive reporting, run our forecast discipline, and play a key role in compensation planning and execution. Our Sales Operations Manager will be a partner in crime to the leadership team in forecasting, territory planning & management as well as their business review cadence. Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience

  • Sales Operations Manager OTE: $135,000 - $175,000
  • Sr Sales Operations Manager OTE: $175,000 - $210,000

Location: This position is remote; based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Responsibilities

  • Create reports, dashboards and analytics to help track key performance indicators, integrated across Finance, Sales, and Marketing and customer success, to ensure that business processes and systems are generating accurate data
  • Own and execute ongoing and ad-hoc sales metrics process and reporting for executive and board level audiences
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues
  • Own and execute timely, accurate, and insightful reports and analysis to GTM team on performance
  • Analyze issues and weakness in the GTM and operations process, therefore, can make a recommendation to improve the processes to drive productivity and efficiency
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve the efficiency, velocity, and quality of the deal cycle.
  • Assist in building out compensation plans across teams and implementation of plans
  • Be a trusted business partner to sales leadership
  • Conduct on-demand ad hoc queries and provide analysis in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, project/program management and independently leading process improvements within a SaaS business or within a Financial Planning & Analytics role
  • Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics
  • Experienced with Salesforce platform and Salesforce reporting
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with internal cross functional teams and executives
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.
