Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Apex Developer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Apex programming, Lightning components, and Salesforce best practices to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business needs. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining Apex classes, building Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages, collaborating with teams, performing data manipulation, integrating systems, and ensuring code quality.
Good To Have:
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes using tools like Copado or Gearset.
  • Experience working with sandbox and production deployments.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
Must Have:
  • Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch jobs.
  • Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce pages.
  • Translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
  • Perform data manipulation using SOQL and SOSL queries.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality and compliance.
  • Support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builders, flows).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and version control tools (e.g., Git).
