Must Have
- Lead and mentor a high-performing security research team
- Own challenging, mission-critical projects impacting the platform
- Conduct low-level and vulnerability analysis of software systems
- Design, develop, and document proof-of-concept software
- Build custom tools and automation for system analysis
- Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, system-level solutions
- Hunt down low-level demons and banish them from the realm
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead
- 5+ years of low-level / kernel development experience
- Experience with IDA
- Thorough understanding of C and C++
- Excellent grasp of the Win32 API and runtime environment
- Knowledge of kernel-level security mechanisms and exploitation techniques
- Reverse engineering skills
- Strong solution design skills
- Highly motivated, quick learner, and effective communicator
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with new technologies, experimenting, validating ideas, and delivering production-ready code
Good to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Passionate about gaming, with a strong interest in PC and console titles

In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing security research team across both on-shore and offshore locations, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery excellence
- Be the owner of challenging, mission‑critical projects that have a direct impact on our platform
- Conduct low‑level and vulnerability analysis of complex and diverse software systems
- Design, develop, and document proof‑of‑concept software to demonstrate technical findings
- Build custom tools and automation programs to streamline low‑level system analysis
- Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and deliver robust, system‑level solutions
- Hunt down low-level demons and banish them from the realm
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a team lead
- 5+ years of low‑level / kernel development experience
