Job Description

This is a senior-level role for an experienced concept artist in the game industry. Responsibilities include understanding game design documents and style requirements to create game characters, environments, concept art, and illustrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments (planning, programming, etc.), adapting and optimizing art assets to meet project needs. The role requires strong artistic skills, a solid design philosophy, extensive experience in character/environment modeling, and excellent completion abilities. Experience with mobile game development is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with effective communication skills.

3+ years game art experience

岗位职责：

1、理解策划文档和游戏风格需求，完成游戏角色，场景，整体概念图，游戏插图设计；

2、与策划，程序等各个部门进行设计沟通，灵活调整优化美术资源，实现项目美术资源落地。

岗位要求：

1、美术、动漫、平面设计及相关专业毕业，大专以上学历；

2、三年以上游戏行业工作经验，参与游戏开发，熟练掌握多种游戏美术风格；

3、具备深厚的美术功底，设计理念强，有丰富的角色/场景造型设计经验，完稿能力强；

4、热爱游戏，对游戏行业有着执着的追求；

5、有手机游戏开发经验者优先；

6、态度严谨,工作认真负责,有团队精神,沟通能力配合工作能力强；

7、投递简历请附带作品或作品链接(作品必备)资深游戏原画。
