Job Description
The Senior Consultant is responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. This includes installing, maintaining, patching, and upgrading the operating environment while continuously striving for improvement. They provide maintenance and support for all in-scope systems, install, configure, and test operating systems. They troubleshoot and resolve incidents, coordinating with other IT teams and third-party vendors. They also develop and execute plans for patching, maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies, explore emerging technologies, define processes, conduct compliance and quality checks, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
