Senior Controlling Analyst
Job Description
- Experience in a Big Four firm.
- Familiarity with the Tagetik reporting tool.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
- Validate and consolidate personnel cost budgets and FTEs, identifying and explaining variances.
- Prepare cash flow projections and analyze deviations from budget.
- Conduct monthly sales analysis and manage quota distribution among company managers, identifying discrepancies and providing corrections for commission calculations.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reviews, including 3-year financial projections.
- Develop financial reports and executive presentations.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal control standards and regulations.
- Support audit processes and provide essential documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and controlling departments.
- High level of English proficiency.
