Join us as a Senior Controlling Analyst, where you will play a key role in financial analysis, strategic planning, and internal control processes. You will be responsible for evaluating financial performance, preparing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring compliance with internal standards. Your analytical expertise will support decision-making and contribute to the financial health of the organization.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in a Big Four firm.
  • Familiarity with the Tagetik reporting tool.
Must Have:
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results.
  • Validate and consolidate personnel cost budgets and FTEs, identifying and explaining variances.
  • Prepare cash flow projections and analyze deviations from budget.
  • Conduct monthly sales analysis and manage quota distribution among company managers, identifying discrepancies and providing corrections for commission calculations.
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic reviews, including 3-year financial projections.
  • Develop financial reports and executive presentations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal control standards and regulations.
  • Support audit processes and provide essential documentation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in budgeting and controlling departments.
  • High level of English proficiency.
  • Strong accounting and analytical profile.
