Job Summary
Motorola's Assist Agents is a next-gen agentic AI for public safety, helping 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers quickly. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build and maintain core features across frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems, design APIs for real-time, AI-driven decisions, and collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to deliver intuitive user experiences. You will contribute to architecture, technical design, and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code from development to production.
Must Have
- Build and maintain core features across frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems.
- Design APIs and services that support real-time, AI-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and code reviews.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Own what you build from dev to prod and its feedback loop.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer.
- Strong experience with LLMs, chat interfaces, NLP, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
- Ability to design and implement systems that are scalable, secure, and performant.
- A product mindset.
- Clear communication and a collaborative spirit.

- Experience with MCP, Agentic AI, or real-time systems.

What You’ll Build
Assist Agents is Motorola’s next-gen agentic AI for public safety—helping 9-1-1 call takers, dispatchers, analysts, and officers get answers in seconds, not minutes. It’s fast, reliable, embedded in real workflows, and powered by real-time AI.
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work across frontend and backend layers to build seamless user experiences and robust APIs. You’ll help craft agentic AI services, integrate with mission-critical systems, and continuously improve how public safety professionals interact with Assist.
Your Role
- Build and maintain core features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node/Python/REST) systems.
- Design APIs and services that support real-time, AI-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and AI teams to ship intuitive user experiences with speed and quality.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical design, and code reviews that raise the bar.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code—and help others do the same.
