Job Summary
Responsible for image algorithm research, including the development and optimization of traditional image processing techniques and generative algorithms (e.g., GAN, diffusion models). Design and implement highly available algorithm processes to improve algorithm engineering efficiency, including parameter adjustment and automated toolchain development. Continuously explore image technology, promote technological innovation, and write technical documentation and test analysis reports.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or above, computer-related major preferred, 5+ years of experience in image algorithm research
- Proficient in Python programming
- Familiar with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow, and traditional image processing tool libraries such as OpenCV
- Clear understanding of image technology, skilled in algorithm optimization and engineering
- Proactive, self-driven, strong team communication and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of business and ability to communicate with various roles to quickly advance projects and solve problems
Good to Have
- Experience in converting technical achievements into practical applications
- Published relevant academic papers
