Marketing Planner - Cross-industry Cooperation Direction - Shining Nikki

Responsible for planning, communication, and implementation of cross-industry collaborations and IP linkages for Shining Nikki, aligning with game plans and IP characteristics. Expand brand partnerships, conduct market activities, brand linkages, and joint promotions. Manage internal and external communication for linkage projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to IP supervision standards. Independently drive internal and external communication and marketing plan implementation for linkage projects.

Must Have

• Plan and execute cross-industry collaborations and IP linkages for Shining Nikki.
• Expand brand partnerships and conduct market activities, brand linkages, and joint promotions.
• Manage internal and external communication and project implementation for linkage projects.
• 2-3+ years of experience in IP linkage, cross-brand linkage, cross-industry co-branding project planning.
• Successfully led at least 1-2 in-game IP linkage projects.
• Familiar with the IP market and possess certain IP resource reserves.
• Understand Nikki series IP, Shining Nikki project's products and user profiles, with strong public opinion perception.
• Possess excellent integrated marketing thinking and planning ability.
• Strong negotiation, public relations, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong online and offline operational capabilities.

Job Description

1. Based on Shining Nikki's plans and relevant IP characteristics, be responsible for Shining Nikki's cross-industry cooperation, IP linkage planning, communication, and implementation, helping the Shining Nikki project find suitable linkage projects.

2. Responsible for Shining Nikki's brand cooperation and client expansion, carrying out cross-border cooperation through market activities, brand linkages, and joint promotions.

3. According to project requirements, complete internal and external communication and linkage project management implementation, coordinating the process and supervision standards for game IP linkages.

4. Collaborate with external partners and various internal departments of the company, independently promoting internal and external communication and the implementation of marketing plans for linkage projects.

Job Requirements

1. 2-3+ years of experience in IP linkage, cross-brand linkage, cross-industry co-branding project planning, with at least 1-2 successful in-game IP linkage projects and co-branding collaborations, cross-marketing, and linkage product development case implementation experience.

2. Successfully led in-game linkages, familiar with the IP market, and possess certain IP resource reserves.

3. Familiar with and understand the Nikki series IP, Shining Nikki project's products and user profiles, with strong public opinion perception.

4. Able to independently complete relevant external communication and project management, coordinating internal and external communication and collaboration from the perspective of ensuring smooth project implementation.

5. Possess excellent integrated marketing thinking and planning ability, strong negotiation, public relations, coordination, communication skills, and strong online and offline operational capabilities.
