Korean Creative Planning Intern

This internship involves analyzing game features and selling points, understanding user preferences and secondary creation trends to generate creative material ideas. The intern will coordinate with suppliers and designers for production, supervise, and organize creative assets. Responsibilities also include researching ad creatives across various media platforms for different games, understanding Korean media platform ad materials and user characteristics, and tracking competitor and social media discussions. The role requires optimizing, adjusting, and iterating creative directions based on data feedback.

Must Have

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or higher
• Excellent Korean listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Ability to generate creative ideas and output
• Ability to independently write video scripts and produce simple videos/graphics
• Strong logical thinking and good communication skills

Good to Have

• Passion for games, unique understanding of fashion and photography
• Familiarity with company IP and player community, preferably a Papegames player
• Long-term internship availability
• Majors in advertising, screenwriting, film, or visual design
• Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and CapCut

Job Description

1. Analyze game features and selling points, gain insights into user preferences and secondary creation trends, and output targeted creative material inspirations.

2. Responsible for liaising with suppliers and designers, following up on production and supervision, and organizing creative materials.

3. Responsible for sorting out and researching advertising creatives for different games across various media platforms, and extracting methodologies.

4. Familiar with advertising materials and user characteristics on Korean media platforms, regularly tracking competitor trends and social media player discussions.

5. Optimize, adjust, and iterate creative directions promptly based on material data and feedback.

Job Requirements

1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree or above, with excellent Korean listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Passionate about games, with a unique understanding of fashion matching and photography, familiar with the company's IP and player community. Preference will be given to current Papegames players and those available for long-term internships.

2. Good at brainstorming and meme culture, with certain creative output ability. Majors in advertising, screenwriting, film, or visual design are preferred.

3. Capable of independently writing video scripts and producing simple videos and graphics. Proficiency in tools such as PS, PR, and CapCut is preferred.

4. Possess strong logical thinking and good communication and expression skills.
