As a Senior Manager, Sales and Business Operations on the Growth Program Management & Operations (PMO) team, you will serve as the liaison between the Growth team’s Partner Sales and Success and Shipt Media teams and the B2B Marketing team to support strategy development, sales enablement, and cross-functional coordination across internal teams. This role will also support the Partner Sales and Success and Shipt Media teams with operational routines that drive efficiency, clarity, and alignment across our revenue-generating teams focused on sales readiness, training, and partner activation.
While no two days are the same, you will work with the Partner Sales and Success and Shipt Media teams to prioritize requested content based on industry, retailer and brand insights; and then partner with the B2B Marketing team to generate the content and materials for external use.
Additionally, you will identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency in sales operations and partner engagement strategies. You will also support development of reporting and performance insights that support sales go-to-market programs and partner engagement.
Candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis are considered hybrid, meaning they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at an office to facilitate innovation, collaboration, and team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. $88,000-$176,000
All other locations:
$73,000-$147,000
