Job Description

As the Senior Manager Sales Enablement at Uniphore, you will be a pivotal leader driving sales growth and productivity. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, your role involves creating comprehensive training and enablement materials for Uniphore's AI-native solutions, selling processes, and sales tools. You will be responsible for rapidly onboarding new hires and elevating tenured representatives to elite sales productivity levels. Key responsibilities include managing the Jira project board for enablement requests, developing sales process and product-specific content, collaborating on sales kickoffs, ensuring consistent messaging across teams, and establishing KPIs to measure enablement impact. This role is crucial for Uniphore's mission to infuse AI into every customer-impacting enterprise function.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with Seismic and other AI enablement tools
  • Experience with acquisition integration for cross-training sellers
  • Familiarity with consumption-based business models
Must Have:
  • 10+ years of Sales / Revenue Enablement experience
  • Experience in Enterprise sales business selling multi-year TCV deals $1M+
  • Experience leading offshore / global teams to high performance standards
  • Deep experience in creating interactive engaging content for G2K sellers
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects on technical training preferable AI related training.
  • 5+ years working with SVP/VP/CRO level individuals in support of achieving bookings targets
  • 2+ years of prior experience working in one of the following businesses SaaS, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity industries
  • Very strong skills in video editing and Seismic learning building.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ambiguity
  • Own development and management of Jira board to track all projects and requests.
  • Create enablement materials on forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity management, sales qualification, and selling methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to build enablement materials on products and solutions.
  • Collaborate on sales kickoff to launch new products and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver consistent messaging and manage centralized playbooks, content, and messaging.
  • Establish metrics and KPI for measuring the impact of enablement.

Your Career

As the Senior Manager Sales Enablement, you'll be a key leader focused on driving growth and sales productivity. You will report to the Vice President of Revenue Operations and focus on producing training and enablement materials on our solutions / products, our selling processes and our sales tools ramping new hires and tenured reps to elite levels of sales productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Jira Project Board: As we receive new requests and product launches you will own development and management of our Jira board to track all the projects and requests coming into the team and ensuring completion.
  • Sales Process: Create enablement materials on our forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity management, sales qualification, and selling methodologies enabling faster time to first deal with our sales leaders.
  • Solution / Products: Together with Product Marketing you will collaborate to build enablement materials to more rapidly scale up on our products and solutions.
  • Sales Kickoff: Collaborate on the sales kickoff to launch new products and capabilities for our sellers. Create memorable interactive training that sellers can draw on when working with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate: with cross functional teams to deliver consistent messaging and manage centralized playbooks, content, and messaging.
  • KPI/Metrics: establish metrics and KPI for measuring the impact of enablement

Experience

  • 10+ years of Sales / Revenue Enablement experience
  • Experience in Enterprise sales business selling multi-year TCV deals $1M+
  • Experience leading offshore / global teams to high performance standards
  • Deep experience in creating interactive engaging content for G2K sellers
  • Experience collaborating with Solution Architects on technical training preferable AI related training.
  • Experience with Seismic preferred and other AI enablement tools
  • Experience with acquisition integration where you need to cross train newly acquired sellers.
  • 5+ years working with SVP/VP/CRO level individuals in support of achieving bookings targets
  • 2+ years of prior experience working in one of the following businesses SaaS, AI/ML, or Cybersecurity industries
  • Experience with consumption-based business models helpful

Skills & Competencies

  • Very strong sills in video editing and Seismic learning building.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities to influence Sales with a soft touch.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ambiguity

Location

The position is based in either Palo-Alto, CA or remote on the West Coast for easy travel to the Bay Area. Travel will be required at least 1 week per month to Palo Alto if remote.

Hiring Range:

$154,400 - $212,300 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.

In addition to competitive base pay, this position also includes an annual incentive opportunity based on target achievement, pre-IPO stock options, benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a match, and more, plus generous paid time off, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday and other paid leave policies to support employees through all phases of life.
