The Netflix Advertising team is charged with building a new, best in class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue.
In this role, you will:
- Function as a primary strategic and operational partner to the APAC sales leadership, co-developing revenue growth strategies for Netflix's advertising offerings.
- Lead key strategic planning initiatives, including organizational design, capacity planning, and territory/channel architecture.
- Manage the "rhythm of the business" by leading weekly and quarterly business reviews (WBRs/QBRs) and coordinating the annual budgeting cycle.
- Design, implement, and optimize standardized sales processes, workflows, and associated sales tools, ensuring high data integrity.
- Own the end-to-end forecasting and pipeline management process for the APAC advertising business, from methodology and inputs to maintenance.
- Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis of business performance, tracking key metrics and program impact to provide actionable insights.
- Explore new strategic opportunities to inform sales strategies.
About you:
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising and/or Sales Operations.
- Deep expertise in the advertising landscape, including both agency and direct client sales models, various media channels and buying methods.
- Proven experience leading, managing and developing a team of individual contributors.
- Expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong collaborator who effectively partners with diverse teams and embraces differing perspectives to drive better business decisions.
- Ability and keenness to dive deep and perform hands-on work as well as understand the big picture.
- Demonstrated track-record of innovation, challenging assumptions and implementing new and improved approaches.
