Job Summary
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be directing and driving planning and operational effectiveness to support the smooth running, performance, and growth of the worldwide communications organization. You will develop a worldwide operational strategy, research and implement best practices, provide guidance to leaders, devise and implement communication strategies, develop budget and vendor strategies, drive the implementation and space needs of communication sites and teams, manage fiscal forecasting, and uphold organizational policies and standards. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and communication leaders to identify and implement best practices across the product and corporate communications organization. Strong interpersonal skills are key to effectively mobilize cross-functional partners and collaborate with others to accomplish a common goal and improve results. This role requires deep public relations and communications experience, first-rate executive communications and writing skills, and the ability to objectively evaluate information, make sound decisions and create a plan of action.
