Job Summary
Elsewhere Entertainment is seeking a Senior Producer to support their Technical Design team in developing a new IP. This role involves driving planning, execution, and delivery for all technical design initiatives, including gameplay systems, scripting tools, prototyping frameworks, and level logic. The Senior Producer will coordinate between design and engineering, manage project schedules, dependencies, and communications, ensuring efficient and sustainable delivery of innovative gameplay experiences.
Must Have
- Partner with Design Directors, Technical Design Leads, and Engineering leadership to plan, schedule, and execute the technical design roadmap
- Translate creative gameplay goals into clear, actionable production milestones for the Technical Design team
- Coordinate between Design, Engineering, Tools, and QA to ensure features are implemented efficiently and function as intended
- Manage the production of scripting systems, gameplay logic tools, and content implementation pipelines
- Facilitate communication between design and engineering disciplines to resolve blockers and ensure alignment
- Track development progress across multiple technical design initiatives and maintain clear visibility into priorities and risks
- Identify and mitigate technical and production risks related to gameplay systems, performance, or feature dependencies
- Support rapid prototyping and iteration through well-structured tasking, documentation, and resource management
- Drive reviews and retrospectives to improve workflows, tools, and cross-team collaboration
- Build a culture of problem-solving, technical curiosity, and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of production or project management experience in games or interactive entertainment
- Solid understanding of technical design, including scripting systems (Blueprints, Lua, proprietary tools, etc.), gameplay logic, and design-implementation workflows
- Experience supporting cross-disciplinary teams that merge design and engineering disciplines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between creative and technical needs
- Proven ability to manage complex feature sets across multiple departments and disciplines
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related task-tracking and documentation systems
- Track record of shipping or supporting AAA titles or complex gameplay systems
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization abilities
- A collaborative, respectful, and solution-oriented mindset
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, or proprietary game engines
- Experience managing tools development, editor scripting, or design automation efforts
- Understanding of gameplay systems such as AI, mission scripting, or player abilities
- Background in design, computer science, or technical art

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Producer to drive planning, execution, and delivery for all technical design initiatives—including gameplay systems, scripting tools, prototyping frameworks, and level logic implementation. This role bridges the gap between design and engineering, requiring both strong production skills and a deep appreciation for the technical foundations that bring creative vision to life.
As a member of the production department, you’ll ensure the Technical Design team is empowered to deliver innovative gameplay experiences efficiently and sustainably. You will oversee project schedules, dependencies, and team communications - helping turn design intent into robust, scalable, and performant in-game systems.
