(Senior) Product Manager – Agent Orchestration

Mendix is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager for Agent Orchestration to drive innovation in Generative AI solutions within its global R&D organization. This role involves building new agentic orchestration capabilities for smarter applications, working with early adopter customers, and making a lasting impact on thousands of developers and millions of end-users globally. The ideal candidate will be thorough, customer-focused, and passionate about low-code and AI technologies.

Must Have

• Excited to innovate together with customers, for customers.
• 5+ years experience in product management of platforms, frameworks & developer experiences.
• Proven track record of innovating for and together with customers, including management of product-market fit.
• Excited about low code and willing to learn about & become fluent in the Mendix product portfolio.
• Eye for product design & want to get the details right.
• Want to dive deep into the domain of generative AI & understand it.
• Responsible for the quality of your & the team’s work and the impact it has on our customers.
• Experience in Agile software development.
• Able to adapt to change and are open-minded.
• Enjoy meeting colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam.

You’ll help drive digital innovation by:

• Building something new upon an existing foundation, moving as fast as the GenAI space is progressing
• Working with early adopter customers to deliver a portfolio of Agentic AI capabilities our customers really need.
• Working on a platform with a lasting impact and strategic value. Thousands of developers and millions of end users across the globe rely on your work and each capability launched can make a lot of impact.
• Being thorough, we like to get to the bottom of things; clear answers are more important than deadlines.

You’re the innovator we need if:
