What We Offer

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will help grow the Nasdaq Index business in Korea by working with investment product issuers to bring new innovative investment products to market tracking Nasdaq indexes and help facilitate investor flows into existing investment products. Your focus will be on working with ETF issuers and other financial market participants throughout Korea to support new product development efforts by licensing existing and newly developed Nasdaq Index concepts. You will lead the strategic direction for how Nasdaq grows its index business revenue in Korea, working in partnership with the New Product Development Team to prioritize and execute on new investment product initiatives along with the Head of Investor Distribution to define Nasdaq’s strategy for supporting investor flows.

You will identify new investment product ideas that will resonate in the region while being a strategic fit for both Nasdaq and its clients.

As of December 2023, there were 30+ exchange traded products (ETPs) listed in Korea tracking Nasdaq indexes, with more than US$5 billion in assets under management (AUM).

What You Will Do

  • Manage existing relationships with current Nasdaq Index licensees in an effort to maintain existing business and generate new product opportunities
  • Develop new relationships for Nasdaq’s Index Licensing business with Korean investment product issuers and close new opportunities for launch of new investment products
  • Attend and support all regional industry conference activities
  • Speak on behalf of the Nasdaq Index business at client events and with media on industry trends and index strategies we license in the region
  • Collaborate in partnership with the Global Head of Investor Distribution along with Nasdaq’s Index Research and Marketing teams to guide deployment of Nasdaq resources that will help facilitate flows into partnered investment products tracking Nasdaq indexes – responsible for defining Nasdaq’s strategy for supporting investor flows that drive revenue growth from Korean investors
  • Support the full range of Nasdaq’s existing index business relationship with the Korean client base in partnership with the Head of Index Client Experience on aspects ranging from operational support to the revamp of existing index methodologies

What We Expect

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in the Korean ETF ecosystem
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter
  • Experience building and maintaining strategic relationships
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office just 2 days per week.
