Senior SAP POS (FICO & IS Retail) Functional Expert

This role involves designing, configuring, and supporting SAP ECC FI/CO solutions with a strong focus on IS Retail, ensuring smooth integration with SD and managing POS Inbound interfaces. The Senior SAP POS Functional Expert will collaborate with global SAP experts and business stakeholders within H&M Group to deliver scalable solutions and drive continuous innovation. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in SAP ECC FI/CO, IS Retail, and integration with SD, possessing excellent communication skills and a passion for improving retail processes.

Must Have

• Design, configure, and support SAP ECC FI/CO solutions, with strong focus on IS Retail.
• Ensure smooth integration with SD and other modules.
• Manage and optimize POS Inbound interfaces within SAP ECC.
• More than 6 years’ experience in the design, principles, and configuration of SAP ECC FI/CO.
• Strong knowledge and proven experience in integration with SD.
• Expertise in SAP ECC IS Retail processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC POS Inbound interface.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Good to Have

• Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
