Job Summary

This position is part of the Office of the CIO and is responsible for delivering high-quality technology and delivery updates to senior leaders, executives, and Board members. The successful candidate will simplify complex technical concepts into clear, concise communications that support informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation. The role demands a self-starter who can work independently, manage multiple reporting cycles concurrently, and consistently uphold the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism when representing the technology function.

Must Have

  • Prepare executive and Board-level reports on technology initiatives, delivery progress, risks, and achievements
  • Produce regular status updates on technology programmes and projects
  • Compile and present portfolio-level insights, including trends, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Review and edit content to maintain a consistent voice and format across all technology communications
  • Work closely with technology leaders and delivery managers to gather accurate, timely information
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Proven experience preparing reports for executive or Board-level audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to synthesise complex information accurately
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities
  • Experience working in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Understanding of governance and reporting requirements in large organisations
