Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant for Central Europe to partner with their Sales team. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, storyteller, and strategist, working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and map them to Sprinklr's capabilities. Your role involves leading discovery meetings, creating compelling presentations and solution narratives, delivering tailored platform demonstrations, supporting RFX responses and pilots, maintaining deep product knowledge, and providing strategic feedback to internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-functional environments, possesses strong business acumen, and is adept at designing solutions for measurable business outcomes.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting (SaaS)
  • Experience in CCaaS or related SaaS
  • Understanding of Omni-Channel, Conversational AI, WFM
  • Proven success in solution design/positioning
  • Methodical and detail-oriented approach
  • Excellent German and English communication (C1/C2)

Sprinklr is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to partner with our Sales team for Central Europe. Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.  

 

Role: 

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you are more than a Pre-Sales expert — you're a trusted advisor, a storyteller, and a strategist. You will partner closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to understand our customers’ world and map their vision to Sprinklr’s capabilities. From discovery to demo, from pitch to pilot, you are the technical and business bridge that turns potential into partnerships.

In this role, you will: 

  • Serve as a key member of the account team, working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders across functions to deliver value to our enterprise clients 

  • Lead and participate in client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery, uncovering current challenges, future objectives, and desired business outcomes 

  • Leverage your creativity and business acumen to build compelling presentations, solution narratives, and sales collateral that clearly articulate Sprinklr’s value proposition 

  • Deliver high-impact platform demonstrations — both virtually and in person — that are tailored to each customer’s goals and requirements 

  • Actively support the Sales team in the creation of RFX responses and the execution of pilots and proof-of-concept engagements 

  • Maintain deep product knowledge through ongoing training and up-to-date certifications, staying current with the Sprinklr platform and evolving customer needs 

  • Provide strategic input to internal teams by translating customer insights into actionable feedback for Product and Marketing 

What You Bring: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales or Solutions Consulting role within a SaaS company, ideally in the CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) space 

  • Solid understanding of key technologies and capabilities, including Omni-Channel Engagement (Voice & Digital), Conversational AI, Workforce Management (WFM), Speech Analytics, Quality Management, Case Management, and CRM 

  • A proven track record of success in designing or positioning solutions, and a strong willingness to deepen your expertise across the broader Customer Experience ecosystem — including Social, Marketing, and Research 

  • A methodical, detail-oriented approach to discovery, preparation, and execution 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (C1/C2 level) 

  • A growth mindset, passion for innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement
