Job Summary

This role is for a General Accountant within Ubisoft's international headquarters, specifically in the General Accounting team. The position involves managing monthly accounts, including general accounting operations (social and IFRS), fixed asset management, bank reconciliations, exchange rate management, tax monitoring, account reconciliation, and intercompany re-invoicing. The role also includes monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting, harmonizing information flows and accounting procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and group accounting procedures.
Must Have
- Manage monthly accounts in compliance with the group calendar
- Account for general accounting operations (social and IFRS)
- Manage tangible and intangible fixed assets
- Prepare bank reconciliations for EUR and foreign currency accounts
- Manage exchange rates
- Monitor certain taxes (including CI / RAS)
- Reconcile and justify accounts
- Handle intercompany re-invoicing
- Prepare monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports
- Harmonize information flows and accounting procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal group accounting procedures
- Minimum Bac+3 in accounting
- Solid experience in general accounting in international environments
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in English

Job Description
Within Ubisoft's international headquarters, you will join the Administrative Department and more specifically the team dedicated to General Accounting for the headquarters.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, your missions are as follows:
- Management of monthly accounts in compliance with the group calendar:
- Accounting for general accounting operations in social and IFRS
- Management of tangible and intangible fixed assets
- Preparation of bank reconciliations for EUR and foreign currency accounts
- Exchange rate management
- Monitoring of certain taxes (including CI / RAS)
- Reconciliation and justification of accounts
- Intercompany re-invoicing
- Monthly, semi-annual, and annual reporting
- Harmonization of information flows and accounting procedures
- Compliance with legal and internal group accounting procedures
Qualifications
Relevant Experience
- You have at least a Bac+3 in the accounting sector;
- You have solid experience in general accounting, in international environments.
Skills and Knowledge
- You are rigorous, reliable, organized, proactive, and have good communication skills.
- You know how to organize your work autonomously and adapt to a challenging and changing environment.
- Proficiency in PeopleSoft ERP is a plus.
- You are proficient in Excel.
- You have a good command of English.
