Job Summary

Marvell is seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Product Engineer for their dynamic product engineering team, focusing on advanced technologies like Server & Network Processors. This role involves collaborating with US teams on NPI products, developing manufacturable packages and assembly flows with internal teams and OSATs, and managing the transition from NPI to mass production. The engineer will also be responsible for yield improvement, quality maintenance, reliability qualification, and production line failure analysis.

Must Have

  • Collaborate with the US team in NPI products
  • Work with internal cross functional team and OSATs to develop manufacturable package and assembly flow
  • Responsible for the procedure of NPI phase to mass production
  • Responsible for device/module yield continuous improvement
  • Quality maintenance and reliability qualification in MP phase
  • Production line failure analysis (FA) and failure disposition
  • Proactively manage OSATs in collaboration with PTE, SQE and planning groups
  • BS degree with 8+ years or MS degree with 5+ years experience in Semiconductor, Optics, EE, Physics, chemistry, Material, or Mechanical relevant major
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience in volume production
  • Focus on Silicon photonic product, 2.5D/3D integrated package or other related opto-electronic devices
  • Prior NPI/manufacturing experience in integrated advanced 2.5/3D package, MCM SMT package and other optoelectronic component alignment technique
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Well communication skill to work with internal cross functional team in the US and supplier chain in Asia
  • Experience in failure analysis on Assembly and package field

Marvell is looking for highly motivated, talented Senior Staff Product Engineer. You will part of a dynamic product engineering team working on most advanced technologies including Server & Network Processor. You will work closely with Test, hardware, Design and Firm ware engineering teams to design, develop, and debug products and solutions.

What You Can Expect
