Job Summary

Banyan Software is seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for their Developer Hub and portfolio companies. This high-impact role requires balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution, optimizing recruiting processes, and advising hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of recruiting experience, a deep understanding of Technology talent markets, and the ability to drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, autonomous, and collaborative environment.

Must Have

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Developer Hub and broader including portfolio companies
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple functions, managing complex and senior-level roles with confidence and independence
  • Craft and execute sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines and improve funnel quality
  • Advise hiring managers to ensure strong hiring decisions and efficient processes
  • Optimize and evolve recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Use data and metrics to identify trends, improve funnel conversion, and guide decision-making
  • Lead or contribute to key recruiting projects and initiatives across the function
  • Provide market insights to influence hiring strategy and workforce planning
  • Demonstrate self-driven learning and continuous improvement, staying current on recruiting trends and market dynamics
  • Innovate and influence, bring new ideas and approaches that elevate how we attract and hire great talent
  • Work autonomously, managing competing priorities and delivering results in an unstructured environment

The Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for our Developer Hub and broader including portfolio companies. This is a high-impact role for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of recruiting experience, a deep understanding of Technology talent markets, and the ability to influence, educate, and drive hiring outcomes in an environment that values autonomy and collaboration.

Qualifications for success:

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years of in technology hiring
  • Proven success managing multiple, complex requisitions across global or fast-scaling organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategy to business goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; confident in advising, influencing, and challenging senior leaders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change; you thrive in environments that are dynamic and evolving.
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and data-driven decision-making.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping teams grow and succeed.
