About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our high-impact, collaborative team, focusing on the Australian market. This is a critical role responsible for bridging the gap between intricate legislative requirements and our platform's powerful capabilities.

You will be the key expert in Workforce Management, partnering closely with Sales to expertly qualify, design, and demonstrate solutions across Rostering, Time & Attendance, Modern Awards and Australian Payroll. Rippling fosters a workplace where your voice matters - you’ll have opportunities to influence go-to-market strategy, contribute to product development and do some of the most meaningful work of your career.

We believe diverse teams build better products. If you're excited by this role but don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the Sales team to support and guide prospective clients during their Rippling evaluation journey, providing real-time, in-depth guidance during the sales cycle for opportunities involving Australian Modern Awards
  • Rapidly and accurately review prospect requirements to ensure alignment with our platform's capabilities and determine the appropriate path forward
  • Ensure proposed solutions accurately align with complex Modern Award interpretations and can be practically configured within Rippling’s Rostering, Time & Attendance, and Payroll products.
  • Conduct tailored, high-impact technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that strategically showcase how Rippling handles specific, often nuanced, Modern Award rules (e.g., penalties, allowances, overtime).
  • Ensure a smooth and informed transition from the sales process to the implementation team, setting projects up for success
  • Contribute to building a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing Solutions Consulting team

What You’ll Bring

  • Deep Expertise in Australian Workforce Management, including scoping and interpretation of complex rules.
  • 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, implementation, or client-facing technical role, ideally with expertise in Workforce Management (Rostering/T&A) and/or Australian Payroll systems.
  • A proven ability to translate highly nuanced legislative requirements into clear, actionable system configurations and proposed solutions
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills—able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • A supportive team culture that values collaboration, empathy, and inclusion
  • Opportunities to grow your career while shaping an innovative, fast-growing company
  • Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in our Sydney office with flexibility for life outside of work
  • Commitment to inclusion—we’re building a team where everyone feels they belong
