Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• As first point of contact - all demand fulfillment related activities with Infineon Customers end-to-end.
• Monitor on-time fulfillment of orders. Address solution in case of delay. Organize/manage regular demand/fulfillment forecast and supply chain performance meetings with customer and Sales, initiate improvement measures where needed
• Promote IFX Supply Chain as a competitive advantage and win customers’ hearts through understanding of their requirements, targeting a Win-Winsolution. Support setup of advanced supply chain concepts.
• Utilize and improve standard and customer-specific reports for analyzing and understanding customer’s demand, demand fulfillment, lead time and supply chain KPI to drive respective business decisions.
