• Design and produce both digital and printed graphics and assets such as way finders, large format banners, etc.
• Ability to create 2D graphics to support event signage and production. 3D background is also a plus.
• Post-production enhancements on renders, presentations and other graphics
• Ability to design and compose visual and narrative information into consistent, meaningful and communicative presentations and graphics assets
• Create graphic presentation decks for approvals, print files for vendors, review proofs and be involved in all steps from start to finish to produce event graphics as needed
• Familiarity and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all forms of internal and external output
• Ability to collaborate with other team members, work independently and prioritize tasks
• Can clearly communicate visual information and rationale behind design choices and applications as needed

• Follow administrative procedures for timesheets, time off requests, and other HR needs
• Keep up to date with any deliverables the Project Management team needs for billing purposes
