Responsibilities:
- The candidate would be working in the central Analytics team. The projects will mainly:
- Focus on business aspects that cut across games/pods.
- The main stakeholders for this role would be the senior management and leadership team.
- The candidate is required to be self-motivated and passionate about solving ambiguous problems using first
- Monitor the North Star metrics and maintain executive dashboard (s) for the leadership team.
- Act as a consultant to identify opportunities and assist the leadership team with long-term strategies
- Conduct deep dives into critical business aspects,
- Improve analytics infrastructure
- Leverage data science skills and techniques to solve advanced analytics problems"
Job Requirement
- Experience: 4-7 years in analytics field
- Preferred bachelor from Tier-1 institute with some past relevant experience in Analytics/Business.
- Analytics Roles inideally user-facing product companies(B2C preferred over B2B).
- Experience in Social Product companies or part of the founder's office would be a great plus.
- Candidates with past projects in data science/completed courses on advanced analytics techniques(Like statistics/ML/python etc.) are preferred
- Key Skill Sets: Standard PM Competencies for SPA + Good problem solving skills and Critical thinking"
