Job Description
This role at Stove Indie, a Smilegate Group company, involves planning and operating a creator ecosystem model for global audiences. Responsibilities include developing and expanding programs supporting domestic and international creators, managing creator communities, and overseeing the infrastructure for creator support. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in a related field, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in game/IT or content creation, program planning and operation is essential. Fluency in business Mandarin or Taiwanese is a plus.

- 국내외 창작자 지원 인프라 및 창작환경 관리
자격요건
- 유관 업무경력 5년 이상 (대리/과장급)
- 우수한 커뮤니케이션 스킬과 긍정적 마인드
- MS오피스 사용능력 상급
- 게임/IT 또는 콘텐츠 창작 관련 산업군 경력
- 프로그램 기획/운영 경력
- 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
필요역량
- 인터뷰, 자료 조사 및 분석 등을 통한 문제 발굴/분석 능력
- 문제 해결 방안을 구조화된 문서로 작성할 수 있는 능력 (파워포인트 구성 및 작성 능력)
- 게임 산업과 콘텐츠 창작에 대한 이해와 관심 보유
- 온/오프라인 지원 프로그램 및 행사의 기획 및 운영 능력
우대사항
- 비즈니스 대만/중국어가 가능하신 분
- 게임 업계 또는 게임 창작 관련 경력을 보유하신 분
