Job Summary
Join the Audi F1 Project as a Supporter Composite Production at Sauber in Hinwil, Switzerland. This role involves providing kits for Cleanroom and Assembly, operating autoclaves, demolding cured components, and managing laminating tools and bonding jigs. You will also be responsible for machine maintenance and SAP bookings. Candidates should have an apprenticeship in crafts, the ability to read drawings, good German and English skills, and IT experience. A proactive mindset and willingness to work in shifts are essential.
Must Have
- Providing kits for Cleanroom and Assembly
- Loading, operating and unloading autoclave’s
- Demolding of cured components, releasing tools
- Laminating-tools & bonding-jigs management
- Providing consumables and safety equipment for the Composite Production
- Handing out replacement tools / preparing tools for new employees
- Carrying out machine maintenance
- SAP Bookings
- Apprenticeship in crafts
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- IT experience in MS Office products
- Can do attitude and positive mindset
- Precise and reliable working method
- Independent and proactive working style
- You see work and get to work where it is needed

Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. We have recently opened Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations with support from the UK.
