System Administrator

The Administrateur Système will be responsible for maintaining and deploying new systems according to established processes, including checklists, change advisory boards (CABs), and patch management. The role involves optimizing and exploiting the IT infrastructure, managing systems and applications, monitoring and tuning system and application performance, and resolving incidents. The role also includes participation in asset management, ensuring proper backups, maintaining communication between production, clients, and IT teams, and facilitating project setups with clients. Additionally, the Administrateur Système will be involved in license management, completing security reviews to support ISO 27001 compliance, providing helpdesk services, and creating quality documentation (DAT, SOP, User guides).
