Must Have
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field, coupled with substantial, progressive HR experience operating within a sophisticated HRBP/CoE model.
- 15 years of overall HR experience and 5+ years of managing a team
- Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to influence without authority. Must drive business decisions using thoughtful data and deep analysis.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
- HR Mastery: Strong, proven expertise across core HR disciplines, including Organizational Design, Change Management, Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition.
- Agility & Drive: A solid team player who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth tech environment, consistently delivering results and solving complex problems.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and Execute People Strategy: Design and deliver comprehensive HR strategies that align with our aggressive business goals and growth trajectory in Taiwan.
- Leadership Partnership: Act as a core member of the Taiwan leadership team, contributing as a strategic business leader and providing expert counsel on all people-related matters.
- Organizational Excellence: Partner with leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and developing management bench strength to ensure a high-performing organization.
- Talent Management & Development: Oversee talent management processes, including performance reviews, compensation planning, job leveling, promotions, and building effective coaching and development programs.
- Drive HR Analytics & Insights: Utilize strong business acumen and data sense to analyze key HR metrics to recommend systemic improvements and enable data-driven critical decisions.
- Champion Culture: Act as a key leader in promoting our company culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Lead HR Operations: Partner with COEs and cross-functional teams to efficiently manage and resolve complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
