Job Description
The Commis position at Tamayyaz requires a dedicated professional capable of executing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in culinary operations.
- Efficiently manage and execute multiple orders concurrently
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards at the assigned station at all times
- Ensure proper stocking of food ingredients and equipment at the workstation
- Assume full responsibility for the quality of all output from the assigned station
- Consistently produce culinary creations of the highest caliber
- Meticulously document and report any food waste or equipment issues
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and actively seek guest feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
