Must Have:
Support the control room, anticipating needs and troubleshooting issues
Provide technical support for remote guests using various video conferencing platforms
Provide support in managing incoming signals from the field
Organize and ingest video from field crews and affiliates for editorial use
Act as the primary technical support for operations for control room and studio
Work with network engineering and operations to ensure needs are met
Work well under the pressure of a live broadcast
Make quick decisions and give accurate instructions
Ability to solve problems under pressure and apply hands-on knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot issues over the phone with remote guests
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills
Understand the entire scope of needs in the studio and control room
Good knowledge of IT applications in relation to television broadcast equipment
