Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience in delivering network infrastructure elements in office construction, data center build, or ISP/Telco programs.
Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) through dashboards or other reporting tools.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with network planning and engineering, including long haul and metro networks, network availability and resiliency analysis.
Experience in cloud networking, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), fiber, interconnect, peering, IP network planning, or implementation role at an ISP, telecommunication operator, carrier, or Content Delivery Network (CDN), encompassing technical, commercial, and legal areas of the above.
Experience working in a network vendor or telecommunications carrier environment.
Familiarity with agreement structures for circuit types (IRU, PTP, etc.) from a finance and legal standpoint.

The Enterprise Connectivity Planning Team provides efficient, resilient, secure Enterprise-Network connectivity empowering to succeed, innovate and impact the world.
Responsibilities
Create multi-year metro or region level network strategies to provide resilient connectivity meeting technical, operational, and commercial requirements while balancing performance and cost.
Evaluate alternatives and develop cost estimates for project-specific feasibility studies. Prepare drawings, maps, scopes of work, and other materials as needed to clearly describe projects to external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Create and present business cases for long-term investments in network and infrastructure.
Execute agreements for metro-ethernet, internet, dark fiber, and wavelength services under existing master agreements.
Keep abreast of global industry best practices for end-to-end management of multi-functional technical projects and programs
