We seek out people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.### What we're looking for* Experience as a Technical Recruiter or of a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.* Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for various positions.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.* Proficiency in using ATS (Ashby) and recruitment tools to manage the hiring process.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.* You’re motivated to seek out the best talent and are dedicated to finding candidates who align with our company values and culture.### What you’ll do* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions that attract top technical talent.* Source candidates through various channels, social media, networking events, and referrals.* Conduct thorough technical screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.* Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.* Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve our hiring strategies.* Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Lovable as an employer.* Extra plus if you are a passionate user of Lovable.### How we hire1.
